      Lots of time to take off Decent Health Coverage Immediate supervisor smart and supportive

      Cons

      More important to look good on the goals sheet than get things done correctly Under staffed in a lot of positions, and not because of open positions Contracts out majority of work, leaving company somewhat blind to what is actually going on.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
