      Pros

      Company strives for innovation in all fields. Very supportive of personal and professional growth with 3rd level eduction fully or partially covered depending on cost. Atmosphere is good, people are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Shift work roster is very rigid. Can be hard to get the time you want off even a couple of months in advance if just one person on your 4 person team has already booked it off. Progression oppertunities are there but can come with a pay decrease due to shift work premium included in salaries.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
