      Policies are very nice as they are governed by the headquarter in Italy and follow European standards

      Cons

      No scope for personal growth and economic growth. Everything is strictly confined and employees have to work under very definitive SOPs.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
