      Pros

      interesting projects and nice people. Collective contract benefits are insanely good.

      Cons

      only 1-3 people of the whole large legal structure can get a salary increase in a year.....and its capped at 10%, regardless of how much you ve grown and how many projects/ tasks you have taken over.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
