      Pros

      Lots of time off, 13 holidays a year + 4 weeks vacation under 4 years and 5 after that. Additionally, you get your birthday and 2 volunteer days.

      Cons

      The higher up you go, the less anyone wants to hear anything bad. When jobs are rushed and not done correctly, they are just passed off and no one cares but the people suck trying to make it work.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
