Pros
Good comp, good people, EnelX - division of Enel really cares about their mission. Unlike other companies that say those words, they put their money where their mouth is. Everything that is invested has to show a positive impact for alternative energy
Cons
it's an Italian company, work hours are not acceptable in the US and are expected by the Italian counterparts. That team works 24x7 and you are expected to be available 24x7. This would be OK if it mattered but unfortunately most of what you're asked to do is work that leaves you wondering, why am I doing this? What's the point? After 6 months of that, I had to resign.
