      Pros

      The only advantage is good salary range at all levels of organization and compliance with Russian labour law (but not in the part which regards over-time). Also the industry itself is interesting.

      Cons

      Chaos. Unclear communication between different level and parts of organization. Very much burocracy. Praise not based on merit, very much protectionism.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
