Pros

-fast actions in hiring -The upper management offers great support and always there to listen

Cons

- too many tasks per day - they do not search for proactivity (the middle management always asks about the costs of the change) -overtime is never paid (active hours sistem which is not on your side)

Pros

I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

Cons

That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

Cons

Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
