      Pros

      I was satisfied with their work/life balance. I also enjoyed the fact that it is a result-driven company which is a great motivational factor.

      Cons

      Compensations and benefits are not brilliant and the work is a bit repetitive. Career progression is a bit slow and I would have liked a bit more support.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
