      Pros

      Great concept for utilities and Enel owned company. Getting customers to buy in is difficult when we cannot produce firmware, software due to engineering chaos.

      Cons

      Constant delays on product dev and deployment end up affecting my ability to be credible with my accounts. Super difficult and long deal cycles with utilities which we can't deliver

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
