      A friendly, cooperative and motivated team, working on several projects to make the world greener. Lots of innovation and independence to come up with solutions that ultimately will help us all reduce our emissions. Very dynamic environment. Inspirational CEO.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Amazing benefits, generous vacation and leave programs. Good people. Supportive manager. Flexibility.

      Frequent organizational shifts and changes, rapidly changing environment leading to uncertainties. Some questionable leadership/decisions. High potential for burn out. Frustrations resulting from global oversight.
