- Superbureaucratic organization - Impossibility of improving yourself, processes or people. - Difficult cooperation with the headquarters. - Little influence of any kind. Important decisions are taken in Rome and local decissions are taken in the countries, thus you are just a pass-through, or a mere controller. - Italian language is more than a plus. - You are 24 hours controlled and should always save every email of a back-up, in case someone wants to blame you, you have a proof to defend yourself.
