Pros
There are so many learning opportunities. Within a few months, your level of knowledge will be increased. Good benefits for employees. Opportunity to earn commission. Opportunity to meet new people in training.
Cons
Staff has a low morale and is unmotivated, this is due to management. Long working hours. There was no proper orientation. We didn’t have a cosmetics manager. Lack of direction and most things you learn on the go. There is a lot of customers trying to steal so you must be vigilant. Diversity in employees (not management)
