      Stable work. Easy to network internal. Areas of company still has the some of the core values where others do not.

      Cons

      IT culture and leadership is breaking away from core Discover values. Speeches are the norm. Hard to move internal at Discover while being promoted.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
