The job is very easy, for the job the pay is decent, 4 weeks of paid time off your first year of employment.
Cons
The job is very boring and repetitive, there are not very good opportunities for advancement, some of the managers micromanage, you are stuck at your desk all day and monitored on the computer and phones.
