      Pros

      Some people are genuinely nice. Pay is good, benefits are good.

      Cons

      Discover culture is far too "collaborative" and consensus-seeking. Work will stall and never complete simply due to a lower level employee disagreeing. Executives are the only real employees with authority. Lots of power struggles and land grabs post-merger. May be ok if you're joining straight through Cap 1.
