Benefits program is good, there is a group of devoted people who care and are really friendly, management inaction makes them swim upstream. Office is clean.
Cons
Certain managers exhibit behavior which violates the banks code of conduct however their behavior is covered up by management because of their productivity. Bank does a poor job of training staff leaving them to flounder. Managers rarely give positive feedback constantly focusing on negative. Bank sends mixed message on costs, cutting headcount but spending lavishly on events.
