Pros
- technology roles are not stressfull at all, and the work life-balance is great - plenty of talented and passionate engineers
Cons
- systems, platforms and processes are outdated and slow - pay is smaller compared to competitors -a lot of the engineering work is outsourced to foreign contractors, and since costs must be kept low, the quality of the codebases (especially the older ones) is not great.
