      Relaxed and friendly, European style atmosphere. Good annual holiday allowance. Real team atmosphere, especially with peers. Delivery and business focussed ethic.

      Cons

      Variable quality of management. Inconsistent levels of communication regarding performance. Technology is not always given an equal seat at the table with the business.
