Pros
The clients and the deals we work on are quite nice. THere are many big names and headline making deals that make you feel part of the bigger wall street picture. Also the benefits such as healthcare and 401 K contributions are nice perks. Also good opportunities are available for global rotations as well as well as divisional cycles.
Cons
Work is very time consuming and demanding. 70 hous work week is normal. Intense pressure from seniors who are sometimes actually quite rude and inconsiderate. Covert racism and discrimination prevalent within the bank. Also, not enough feedback and support provided.
