      Diversity is promoted in the firm. My department is very supportive on my career goals.

      Cons

      Like any other big 4 firms, there could be toxic workmates. None on our department, but other departments, I can't fully attest their working culture.

      Access to top-tier audit clients Lots of resources Lots of supports if having the right networks of PMD

      Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
