Pros
I love working at Decathlon because "every day is a new starting line", as our old HF used to state. After 15 years I keep on learning new things every year, I do in a different way the same tasks I did before, we find new ways of working together, new topics to address, new challenges to take on that make us better than what we were before, both individually and as a collective.
Cons
People outside the company don't understand us, we are not the employer everybody would love to work for, we definitively have a problem in our remuneration system (which I believe people in the HQ in France highly underestimate, since in France they have a specific system).
