Hypocrital leadership at City Square Mall - Retail Sports Advisor Decathlon Employee Review

City Square Mall has zero leadership empathy currently. “My way or the highway” mentality. Full time staff have been encouraged to resign. Overall workplace morale is down yet employee welfare is not taken into consideration. Employees are not allowed to use their phones or nap during unpaid lunch hour, they are only allowed to eat and use the toilet. Part timers are treated with no respect and full timers are being monitored like puppets. Zero room for career development.
