1. Your education status doesn't matter to management. Even if you are postgraduate or graduate or not a graduate, most of the work remains the same. 2. Role clarity isn't there. 3. The most humiliating one. You are asked to pick up boxes and arrange stuff in the layout, which comes from warehouse.
