      Pros

      - Good consideration of employees - It looks like a big family spread in many different companies - Almost all the heads are good

      Cons

      - Bad heads are the worse part of the company - Body rental is the real "consulting" role, you could spend all your life as consultant for the same company. This doesn't make sense at all. Technically is not even legal.
