      The Work from home option...

      ...everything else! The 'training' was laughable and when at least 2/3 of the training class complains about the lack of training that says something! Then after nesting and you get on the production floor and your mentors and supervisors are NOT assisting the newbies....DAMN! And transferring to T2 and the T2 agents complaining ....!!!! Worst job ever!!!!!

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
