      There are no pros in modern day sweatshop. I worked as a temp after working for the Seacaus, NJ office. I worked there for ten week assignment and gained access to computer the day before assignment ended. I have been a permanent employee in Somerville, NJ office for only one month so far and I still have no access to a computer. So happy I was called for a better position in NYC run from any NJ offices this company sucks. I completed my MBA and have no time for any position which pays only $17.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
