If you are 50+ and want to retire into a job with no accountability and no pressure then this will work for you.
Cons
401K after one year - only 3% Health insurance too costly No yearly bonuses No annual pay increment - you have to beg for a raise Office environment is very dull Zero employee perks Happy hour is an alien concept Management is new - no clue about the business and people. (this could be a Pro if you looking for retirement job) No career growth No learning. Old and out dated business practices and systems They don't even have coffee's or cups for water !!!!
