Ghetto atmosphere.Tacky and unprofessional management/ Most of the sups refuse to take escalations from customers so if you get a bad call you'd better figure it out cause in this place your basically on your own.unsanitary facility, foul unclean random smells. extreme noise level due to cramped quarters. Loud music playing throughout call center as well as loud inappropriate conversations and even profanity by managers and coworkers alike all this while trying to communicate with customers and struggling to hear them.. outdated systems. HR very deceiving about the true nature of the job. pay.schedule. and job description. High level of unprofessionalism in this company.
