      Pros

      Been with the company for almost three years, jobs are hard to find especially where I live, even with a degree, so I am happy to be part of the team. You put in the work, they pay you accordingly.

      stressful when the workload is small.

      Pros

      I get to work when I want to and I always aim for the peak hours because that’s when you’ll get the most texts once you figure that out you can make pretty do some money

      Cons

      I only wish we could get paid sooner than a month lol but that’s OK. It’s not really a con. You just have to budget. That’s all.
