1. Please don’t believe on any managers. - They make you fool especially on salary hikes and time sheets. 2. Any time firing. - It doesn’t matter how good your at work, to save some one you will be fired. This is especially for people just joined in 0 - 4 years of after joining. 3. You do not know when you go to bench and write a worst comment and kicked out to you 4. Waste management in Aricent (Intel ODC 6th floor) . They are doing only time pass whoever doing flattering , only get good hike and review . 5. If Altran want to do something please layoff old managers then it will become good company 6- They gave bad rating and took all your variable pay . They want your money that's it .
