      Nice office space and location. Interesting projects. Friendly people.

      Cons

      Only payed my travel and eating expenses but worked 9+ hours a day and did the same job as a full-time consultant would do. This meant that I was basically working for free.

      Increments are generally between 4% and 10%. Promotions, on the other hand, do not usually come with a significant increase.
