How good it is depends on the project - Programmer/Developer Capgemini Employee Review

I’ve had bad managers and assigned to projects that didn’t align with my interests even after repeated requests to change. They basically don’t care about being a good mentor or helping you grow and leave you to your own. Their employee engagement and performance management process is really the worst and unhelpful.
