Wide range of clients and industries thus able to acquire good experience. Projects have wide range of duration, thus if one project is not ideal...another is around the corner.
Cons
Although evaluation/review process "makes sense" from a corp Operational perspective to maintain cost, it does not always adequately reward the employees.
