Pay is ok No other reason No respect for hardworking employess who do not indulge in being an informer and be the gossip monger

Too much politics and favouritism by managers Employees who follow managers blindly and do their work for them get favours done, others are not given fair chances or rewards Employees/managers from some European countries are racist and favour employees only from their region
