      good work life balance good growth opps for managerial positions good hr policies and respect for employees

      Cons

      not good enough technical work, mostly lower quality technical jobs done at offshore no growth opps for technical people not wanting to join mgmt salaries for old ppl remain stagnant, no major hikes
