Life become hell after joining Capgemini LBS BU - SAP Consultant Capgemini Employee Review

1) when u r going to join Capgemini then please make sure that that is not Capgemini LBS unit , if it is so then please not join untill you are only fresher. 2) No onsite opportunity is there because capgemini LBS have only domestic project. 3).Dont Join LBS 'local Business Solution' BU otherwise you have to work from Client location untill you resign almost impossible to change the BU if it's LBS 4) Managers Dont Care abt employees working @ client site,rsources are head count and money making machine. 5) No Enjoyment no parties if working from client site. 6) NO JOB security - They can ask you to leave if you want to change the project or on bench. 7) NO Opprotunities for LBS people. 8) Treatment with employee is worst. Advice to Senior Management – Stop treating people like Money Making machine. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
