      Healthy employee policies, the HR is active, always takes an employee feedback & also work on it to improve. Good for those who look for a reliable, stable n trust worthy job.

      Cons

      I don't see any such cons, which can adversely affect any employees, the company is simply too great.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
