      1. Cool and good working culture. 2. Good importance for the skilled experienced candidates. 3. Two performance reviews in a year.

      Cons

      1. No Technical trainings for the freshers. 2. No shift allowance even we work in night shifts in the starting stage. 3. No increments even we got the good rating. 4. Freshers package is low compared to the market(2.5L)
