Pros
Established business and pipeline processes. Reasonable health insurance. Gives you a good start in consulting business when you have had no experience. The name is recognized and valued somewhat.
Cons
Certain practices within Capgemini are very much about staff augmentation. Really hard to make a name for yourself and bring "consulting" efficiencies to clients. Management is really erratic and needs to more professional. The HR system is not run well and often have no idea what expectations are unless employee inquires themselves.
