I had high hopes when I started working at CNH Industrial, but unfortunately, my time there was filled with frustration and disappointment. The company’s senior management is disconnected from the needs of its employees, and the work environment feels stifling rather than supportive. First off, the communication between departments is extremely poor. Teams often work in silos, and there’s a lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities. This leads to confusion, missed deadlines, and inefficiencies. Despite several attempts to bring up concerns, management rarely listens or takes action. The company claims to prioritize work-life balance, but in reality, long hours are expected, and there’s little recognition for the extra effort put in. Many employees are stretched thin, constantly dealing with increased workloads with little compensation or acknowledgment for the additional stress. The company culture feels outdated. There's little emphasis on employee development or innovation, and it’s clear that the focus is more on numbers and profits than on improving processes or fostering a positive workplace. It's a very top-down environment, where senior management makes decisions without considering the impact on frontline employees. Senior management is completely directionless. I’ll give them credit where it’s due—they’ve certainly mastered the art of driving talented employees away. In that regard, they’re outperforming expectations. In terms of growth opportunities, they’re few and far between. It feels like promotions and raises are given based on favoritism rather than merit. If you’re looking for a place to grow your career or learn new skills, CNH Industrial isn’t the place to be. Working at CNH Industrial has been a letdown. If you're considering joining, I would strongly recommend weighing other options, as the lack of support, poor management, and stagnant culture make it a difficult place to thrive.
