0 pros about this company. I used to like it alot but frequent changes in policies is making employees sufferable.
Cons
1.At joining time, 2 day wfo is not enforced to 4 days wfo without considering how people coming from different states will commute. 2. No cab 3. WFH request for medical reasons are getting rejected. Employees are asked to take leave instead. 4. No appraisal from past 2 years 5. No tech training to upscale our tech stack. Instead we are told that online training platforms are there one can do it themselves.
