Excellent overall compensation, particularly 401K match. The culture is good and leadership is actively working to improve it even more. There is an entrepreneurial spirit here so many opportunities to shine if you have the drive to pursue new ideas and initiatives.
Cons
We can be slow to make significant cultural change due to our size and global nature. On the other hand, we are constantly changing systems and organization. We are also complex as a result of being global. You need to be persistent, patient, resilient and flexible to be satisfied here.
