Pros
The work life balance is great. For the most part, I don't have to work about being in at an exact time, and I don't have to leave at an exact time. We work hard together here, and everybody helps everyone else out. The benefits are crazy good, between the vacation, medical leave, great insurance, HSA, 401K is killer. They even have interesting things like subsidized mental health counseling and fertility treatment. I can't speak to every single benefit or bonus, but I can say that I have personally found myself with plenty and have been supported by my managers and colleagues.
Cons
There is a great tendency to have silos, since the company is so large. I also see that somewhere in the middle management levels there is expectations that aren't always realistic. For example, some managers will set deadlines that the other managers have to go into hell-mode for to get their teams to meet them. Another is that different colleagues may request tests or fit-ups of items and want them done by the end of the day, not thinking that the team may already have a month's or more worth of tests in process already.
