Great Work environment, good coworkers, grouded Global leader company with historical heritage and great potential.
Cons
Continous change in management organization is not helping the company direction. The Company promote the meritocracy but it is not really applied even following the rules achieving the targets. (Difficult growth, vague carreer path and absend people development plan)
