      Pros

      Amazing access to sample sales, great canteen. Amazing people across the business. Apprenticeships, charity days as well as summer fridays and wellbeing days.

      Cons

      Pay-rises are not common in certain teams, progression is slow and sometimes non existent - you really have to fight for it depending in what department you are.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
