      Great colleagues Decent discount 2 days per week in the office

      Redundancies happening too often, they cut people and they expect half the team left to do the same job. Salary is very low.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
