      The discount, hours, PTO, nice area

      Cons

      The general manager does not know what they are doing, very selfish, takes all the credit from the sellers, rings sales under themself, schedule is always late. No communication. The list could go on.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
