      Great company culture. Great service developmental training. Organized, innovative company to work for.

      Cons

      Management is not great. The few great managers that i got the opportunity to meet left due to salary issues.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
