      The pay and the discount, most specifically the discount.

      Cons

      Standing all day and being watched by management on cameras, not because you are a thief (which was the reason for the cameras), but because the manager wants to tell you what to do while they sit at their desk.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
